Great to see 32k at a League 1 match. Fair play to both sets of fans. Derby were a bit fortunate in my opinion as Bolton passed the ball better through midfield and squandered a couple of big chances, but Derby hung in there, defended well and then played well for the last 15 mins. The 3 subs at HT was brave, but made a difference.
Bonkers attendances for third tier football,, they tend to be less for midweek games but even so it's mad that League 1 has had us, Sheff Weds, Ipswich, Sunderland and Bolton packing out games in it in recent years. And it also shows how shameful it was they let this club almost go under. Proper community club.
@therebel4332 totally agree. There's so much to be proud of in the English football pyramid. Would be nice to see more of the Premier League big money filter down to lower divisions to help clubs be more stable financially.

It's great when the attacks are down that flank but for me other than that it's a poor sit for the rest of the pitch action. Behind one of the goals half way up is the best position to be.

Seen loads of different league 1 games this season and loads of different grounds but the stand out away fans this season are without doubt Carlisle Utd fans with nearly 5 thousand away fans at Bolton and Wigan sold out other away ends and are guaranteed to sell out away to derby last game of the season even tho there already relegated, incredible away fans
I really enjoy league one always a chance for the teams to go to new grounds like Blackpool and Wigan which will create a good atmosphere and maybe cause an upset
I disagree slightly, both Derby and Bolton had periods in the ascendancy as a very tight game ebbed and flowed. A draw would not have been an unfair result but one team scored and one team didn't in their "hot spot".
It was good atmosphere today. Really enjoyed it. From those seats, you get the atmosphere from both the home and away fans, plus a good view of the game.
