In this video Aaron Hilliard, Vice President of the Kitsap Peninsula Mycological Society and Creator of Mushroom Wonderland takes you on a walk into the woods on the 28th of October 2022 to discover amazing fungi in the forest of the Pacific Northwest.
In this video we encounter Alcohol inky caps(Coprinopsis atramentaria), Pacific Golden Chanterelles (Cantharellus formosus) and a monster chanterelle with a mutation known as Rosecomb, we look at various shelf conchs (Fomitopsis mounceae), an absolutely stunning Violet Webcap (Cortinarius violaceus), a beautifully fungal discolored wood (Chlorociboria), and a Lobster Mushroom(Hypomyces lactiflorum), as well as much more hot fungi talk.
