I am trying to find out what is illegal drugs, the same thing that the big pharmacist is selling to people and. They does not want nobody else doing it, so because the government is collecting taxes from them. They does not cares about the welfare or their health at all, how many millions of people got killed by the big pharmaceutical companies. The whole scenario is, they are trying to control, what the people can do, and what they cannot do without a license. They built all of those prisons to make money, because people must go to prison.So the same politicians them can supplies those prisons ,with their companies stuffs. I would like anybody to tell me the difference between, the democratic countries and the communist countries. I never lived in a communist system, but from what I read or heard about. In some instances it really looks like the communist countries is much better, because you get free medical, water,electric, schooling etc, etc and in the democratic countries them. If you don't have any money to pay for what you want, nobody is giving you anything. The government only business with you two times in these incidents, when someone is dead.They are trying to find out how the person died and, when they were alive also asking for help. The same government ministers them ignores you and, when someone got themselves. Into any trouble they are coming for you, at any cost to take you to jail. Away from that, nobody business with you at all. The government rather takes taxpayers money and gives it away, to other countries. While millions of people is suffering big time, the government forces people into poverty and. Some people is saying that I am lying and, I don't know what am saying. Because they does not have any form of responsibilities to taken care of, that is why they does not believe it at all. Once you cannot afford to pay your bills, you are automatically on the streets without a doubt. Everyday the prices of things is going up and, your pay is not going up to meet your demands. So you must get yourself in trouble to pay the bills them, rent or mortgage, light, water, car insurance, you named it , is going up , it's very terrible, ok.

I beat a case just because I didn’t talk to the police. They tried to charge me with all kinds of felonies with no proof I was involved. I kept my mouth closed and let my lawyer do his job. I don’t have nothing on my record to this day

What did they lie about? Did you listen? The suitcases they traveled by plane with between Fla and Ca were opened, photographed and evidenced. Then they were closed, re-locked, and put back on conveyor belts ... for the dummies to retrieve and follow by investigators.

I still don’t understand why to this day people aren’t remaining silent! The day I learned they can legally lie & bait using any means necessary, including illegally, I made my mind up I will never talk to cops before an atty.

It should be law, they should get to talk to an attorney before the police get their chance to manipulate suspects

I think this went really well for everyone. The girl talked when she needed to and saved herself. She got no jail time. The dude didn’t talk at all, plead guilty and only for 6.5 years which is great considering what they had on him.

Now, the detective that was leading the interrogation used the binder to intimidate these 2 and when they both asked to see the binder they were declined. If a lawyer was present during questioning, which is part of your Maranda rights! That binder would have never been brought in the interrogation. It was used in a threatening manner. Please know I am only talking about what a person should do if they are arrested and interrogated. Criminals should be punished!

Oddly enough, the cop was honest with her from the beginning. He said he didn’t want her to do prison time and he was only interested in her cooperation. She cooperated and didn’t get any jail time. If she waited for another co-defendant to start giving info or started playing quiet with the cop; he could’ve told the prosecutors to give her prison time due to her being difficult.
