Please enjoy this powerful shamanic double drumming with sound from a waterfall. You can dance your POWER ANIMAL or you can travel to the under, middle or to the upperworld on a DRUM JOURNEY. Callback : When it´s 1 minute left you can hear 3 blows with wooden sticks against each other (a sign so you know when to return home in the drum journey). Use headphones, be playful - play it LOUD !

Hi.. just want to asked about my journey. I begin my meditation then before going to my journey I saw the cat. Then then cat look at me in very serious face. It's a different cat from normal one but she is very beautiful with gray and white color. She just look at me and after she go I experience itching to my head and face and some part of my body that I cannot concentrate in my meditation and I cannot do journey anymore. The cat did not talk to me. She just show herself and vanished. Until now if I try to make my journey through meditation but I cannot. And my hands on left side become pain every time i do meditation. Anybody can explain this to me? My purpose of journey for healing. I have a little gift of healing and I want it to practise more.

listened to the 28 minute one then this one, was unable to get into a trance state but very very relaxed in a way that i haven't felt in a long time. it was my first time using drumwork so i'll keep at it. thank you. any tips i'd love to hear them.

as someone who was on a competitive hs drumline, sometimes their bpm is locked in and clean, other times its machine gun fire. I definitely notice a difference in my mind between one and the other. Don't see the appeal of listening to 2 'solo dancers' walking over each other, but people in the comments are happy, so maybe I'll learn something.

as a fairly highly skilled drummer also, one of the things I find fascinating about this kind of drumming practice is the way in which my mind can get "crossed up" or "confused" enough to let go into other experiences of reality, that exist beyond my analytical understanding of things. That's the value of the shaman, who "travels to other worlds" and returns with gifts for healing (enwholing).
