Please can you tell me what ingredients you put in your daily loaded bowls, i saw potatoes, chicken and avocado, but do you put olive oil on your salad or something else? Hiiii omg thankyou so much xxx Usually I do chicken potato avocado lettuce pumpkin Zuchini .. honestly what ever I have in the fridge! No I don’t put olive oil ontop but definitely could just don’t cook with olive oil as it shouldn’t be heated xxx
