MV Cascadia is a catamaran ship owned by Maple Leaf Adventures, holding up to 24 guests and 10 crew. This cruise spent 6 days travelling the fantastic, but generally hostile and inaccessible northwest coast of Vancouver island. For a couple of short weeks the torrential rains and gale force winds disappear and a window into the world of untrammeled ecosystems, abundant and rare wildlife, and a people in balance with their environment. This video treats you like a passenger, from your cabin, to the daily activities, the nightly anchorages and the wide variety of activities. You'll see beauty and wildlife unrivalled anywhere else, yet within a few hours drive of the capital of British Columbia, Victoria.
