It had the TRO lifted at the end of February.. we also asked GLASS on this information before the trip and got confirmation from them. We then drove it on the 25th march .. since making the edit GLASS have emailed us telling us the TRO is back on the Wayfarer. Yes Llangollen steps has a “voluntary restraint” going up hill.
