I'll never be able to rank the jackass family of shows.. They are all great.. From jackass and wildboyz, to Bam, dirtey Sanchez, dudesons, nitro circus.. It was a glorious time for those kind of shows
Nope, there will never be another time like that era. This family of lunatics came around at the perfect time. Legitimately, I believe they were an important element in entertainment. They pushed boundaries, kind of like stand up comics.
Most people here probably weren't even born when they went off the air. Kind of apparent by the people saying "they should have had an instagram"???? Like wtf. Kids are straight *addicted* to social media.
Imagine the wild boys had an Instagram during the filming of the show. The cast would be ten times richer and wildboys would have gotten the praise it deserves
that would be shit. the whole point was that you sat down and watched these guys do wild shit non-stop. if you cut it up and put it on social media it just wouldn't be the same. plus, seeing everybody holding their phones in front of their faces recording would be overly obnoxious. you honestly have to be 12 to think that
When this show was running, i look back on those times with a smile on my face man...those were the good ole days. Younger and no responsibilities just loving life and getting totally rad! And then boom wild boyz is on!! YEAH DUDE

My 2 year old runs through the house with no diaper on with his momma chasing him and she yells at me for making that drumming sound instead of chasing him. The cats and dogs run for their life and I think of pontius every time lol.
@@RichterTheRat a lot of stations that would host these shows have no budget anymore, no characters seem to be willing to host anything, and activists would rage everywhere if it happened.
Their beliefs and jokes probably would never fly with the conservative right. They clutch their pearls waaaaaay too much. They hate anything that even resembles Homosexual so these guys would be cancelled so fast. Not only that but their jokes about God and the Devil would MELT the Evangelical side of the Right as well. Leave it to the Right to ruin all the fun stuff.
I was and am so happy that Steve O actually knew not to eat the stomach out of respect for the family and it ultimately led to them having a really good time and bonding which the puking after eating their food would probably would have ended the night there

Also the camera guy not flinching, he also got attacked by a cheetah, which after the cheetah clawed his arm was the only time I saw him move from a good shot. He didn't flinch, the claw moved his arms, he didnt even move. Respect.

At 10:50 ...that's what made me come to thinking just how badass steve O and Chris were. Youll never see Supremepatty or any of those other wannabe pussy's put on war paint from the blood of a dead animal in a not so friendly country and go into civilians houses and do stunts and eat their meals. You're just never going to see anything as bad ass as this show was again on TV. This show is what got me traveling around the world myself. Wildboyz could never be on TV again just given the fact that it would be considered too controversial. I used to be a hermit before I came across Wildboyz years ago. Everything on this show just motivated me to be an outside person.

@@OhMy05 I know this comment is old now, but yea. I still stand by it. Many teens and young adults were motivated by what people in Jackass were doing. Seeing them travel and out experiencing things most people don't get to can motivate people.

Pontius was always an underrated member of the j.ass crew.At least it kind of felt that way to me.I could easily put him as my #1 favorite,although I love the whole crew in general.His intro's to bits and stunts are hands down the best,with steve-o a close second.Pontius is a genius in the disguise of an idiot!!!Love me some Pontius!!!!
