It is in Developer Options in Settings so if you go there and scroll down you will find it and when you click on it keep on scrolling until you find this thing called: Show Touch (I think or its show taps) I will tell you how to turn on Developer Settings in a few just have to memorize how. Developer options: To enable Developer Options, open the Settings screen, scroll down to the bottom, and tap About phone or About tablet (Ipad too maybe). Scroll down to the bottom of the About screen and find the Build number. Tap the Build number field seven times to enable Developer Options.
