I'd like to know if it is possible to create a character with a certain stats for the Personality. I noticed that everytime I created a character that I personally changed on the Personality Stats, they changed naturally on the next run or beginning. I'd like it if I can make the character basic as I want to. Is that possible?

You can access character sheets during comics by hitting C~

Hooks are changeable now. At startup anyways. Never tried changing legacy.
