Wilf put in a brilliant man of the match performance against Tottenham on Saturday, here is every single of his touches of the ball from that fantastic 3-0 victory in the Premier League at Selhurst Park.
Now that Vieira has the team actually playing football how it should be played, Wilf will flourish. Players with the skill, drive and strength of Wilf cannot thrive in a team that is defensive and lacks ambition. In just a few weeks Palace have a new identity because of Vieira. Wilf has done well to stick it out for this long, now we will see a happy, thriving and expressive Zaha.
It just goes to show how well he did last season to get 11 goals.I’m a season ticket holder in the holmesdale and before the game the guy in front of me was complaining about Wilf how he’s ‘had it’ and ‘doesn’t realise he’s too good for us but not good enough for anyone else.’ I’m glad his performance proved him wrong and can’t wait to see what he does this season.
Being there was just a gift, but watching the highlights and hearing the fans celebrating brought a tear to my eye. I think we have something special brewing fingers are crossed
Eagles, well done. I'm satisfied with teamwork, hard work. I told If Zaha wants to play and if he is "hungry" to win, that he shows extraordinary performance.
I think we're gonna see the VERY best of Wilf this Season, esp. as he now has the likes of Gallagher + Edouard to bounce off, and the team generally attacks more instead of counter-attacking, suits his play better. Fantastic show from Zaha this match. 👌🏻
Wilfried Zaha is right that kneeling before the game isn't going to stop racism but just a show. It's good thing that black player is saying it out loud for mistake so others are not being called racist for saying it. Racism is taught not born with thus society have to teach its young generation why racism is wrong.
