Hey from the Catskills. Things look great, I kept stopping the video to catch your prices. State to state there are variables land taxes are a Big one. The markets here are more for the NYC crowd that will pay higher prices and not the locals. Organic practice is another reason. I know your tag line “ not much “ but the locals can enjoy your produce . Complimenti.

That is pick them off the vine and put them in the basket in one motion. It may seem small, but for the enormous amount of handwork you do, it would seem to save effort.
