Got 2 questions: Could I put the same tires on my 2015 F250 stock 20in rim. (2) Can I put a newer F250 stock rim & tire on my 03 F250 w stock 16in rims & tires ?
Now show us with a full load in the back or a trailer; Or, show us using a 35" tire for what it was designed for off-road and not just some mud or dirt because my Mustang and Camaro's both equally can do that.
If you live in imperial take your rims and tires to buggy's garage in cecil.. he has a $60,000 hunter tire machine and balancer.. everything that contacts the rims is rubber and it bumps out when it gets near the tpms and valve stem.. he can do just about any wheel and any tire size.. he has the same truck as well..
Stock F-250 wheels are8 inches wide. Is it alright to run 12.5 wide tires on those rims? Or do u have to have 11.5 wide tires ? Does anyone know this answer?
Great looking truck. Currently driving a Ram 1500 Big Horn w/hemi but the F250 crew cab with a power stroke is really looking good to me for my next truck. Enjoying the videos.
Dont know if you found out yet, but I can tell you 37x12.50 will fit on a new f250 with a leveling kit. Buddy of mine got them to fit with no issues on his with factory suspension.
Fantastic brother! I'm almost certain I can probably go 37s on my new 24 F350 it has the snow prep pkg not sure but big girl has a ton of room on the front
Great looking truck. No matter what, I always recommend a 2 inch lift. Not because it’s cool but if you like to go off-roading, and there is a hidden rock sticking out; it won’t damage the frame I do want to get the power stroke ver the gas. Interesting that you have it stock. If you go off roading should you lift 2 inches? You might lose 1 gallon not a total hit. Thank you for the good info Engineering background.
I’m in the wheel repair business. No easy way to “repair” those wheels correctly. Polished with a clear coat is quite a process to repair. Could take a few days.
my stock 17' ultimate lariat package truck came 34.5" stock. I put 35x12.50x20r after 500miles. completely changed my outlook of the truck, went from being afraid to scratch the truck to no fucks given
So,did they take care of the wheel issue? My 2018 f350 runs stock 18 inch wheels, and I'm thinking of going to 305s for the next tire selection. Good looking dog!
So I have a all-stock suspension ‘19 Lariat 6.7 250 with 18” standard Lariat rims. (See mine on my channel) What size fits on mine with no offsets etc?
Hey man, was just curious on if the tires just stick out a little bit or if they are just barely tucked in the fenders, I’m not tryna throw rocks on my truck
America’s tire did the same thing to my Raptor wheels and took care of me immediately by sending a check for $4000 to replace my oem wheels from a ford dealer . Bought new oem take off wheels off of craigslist for $400 .
Everyone has been running 35's on stock wheels and leveled since 2010, not breaking news, 37's would be worth talking about but 35's are a joke and thumbs down for bullshit clickbait title, 35's didnt ruin the wheels, the dumbshit tech did...
Have a 2015 F350 SRW FX4 6.7. Have 35x12.50r20 MT ATZ P3's on mine. No clearance issues whatsoever. Ran the Toyo A/T2 Extremes before these and loved them. Only issue I had with them was under heavy load, they wore a lot faster than expected.
Can you give an update now the tires have been on for 10 months? Any issues with clearance when off road and twisted up? How about road noise now that they have a few miles?
Most 35x12.5 don't actually run the full 35" height. My buddy is currently tire shopping for his '20 f250 6.7. most 35"s run in the 34.5-34.8" range. He was looking to get 285/75R18's but they run 35.1. his 2012 6.7 had 35x12.5 on it. He really didn't wanna go higher than that stock as he does tow with it pretty regular.
Moto medals -18 off set 22in 325/50/22 Fuel Gripper ATs (35s) And they are a hybrid tire MT look AT sound and feel No lift Air bags in the rear for stability because it's a repo truck but fits perfect no rub tows 80MPH+ With full size truck on the back no problems, I had a couple companies refused to sell me Wheel and tire package
I fit 37 12.50r 17’s on my levelled 06 F350 and they don’t rub at all with 9” wide rims with +18 offset, back ones are flush with the box front ones stick out about 50mm
I just bought a 2019 F-250 reg cab 4x4 4/30 xlt in race red. It was a hard truck to find. When time comes to-get new tires - I like these. They are kinda a enduro. Still good Highway tire and not too knobby. Load range F will carry all you need to. I tell the young guys that get real knobby tires that sure they look awesome but hot highways (especially Texas where I’m at) will eat them suckers up fast.
So what is the stock offset? I have an 18’ f250 SD with the same wheels but considering new wheels when i get new tires because mine have been chewed up from rocks n mud. I want my new wheels be the same stock offset and comparable design.
I have same exact truck with stocks just with a ready lift leveling kit 2.5. I have 37x12.50 Toys and they run on radius arms at full turn. You need quarter inch spacer to get away from that
I literally stand, watch, and supervise those tire guys because of this type of incident. They don't even know where to jack up the truck properly. After all, they work at a tire shop and don't care about your expensive truck, just another day for them. You should definitely say the shop's name, kind of beta of you not to.
Of course 35’s will fit on a f250 with no wheel rub. My brother has a 2500 Ram with stock rims and 35’s. I still like your channel. I’m not a hater. Haha.
Please verify the "offset" of theses rims, ford made 3 of these rims all the exact same except the offset. They come in 0 offset, 20mm offset and 40mm offset. Which are these you used.
Do you get any rub on the radius arm or the frame at full lock? Alao what is the factory offset on your wheels mine is +40, that’s what I’m worried about rubbing
Just to clarify - you were able to install 35×12.5 tires on your factory rims, which came with 33.5×11 tires?? And had zero rubbing issues, even when towing +10,000 lbs??
Hey Man just found your channel, I hate going to tire shops I used to work at one years ago so now that I am building my own for my RU-vid and projects I now have my own machine love it.
Installed 37x1250-20 Toyo open country RT on my 2020 F250 today. Zero suspension mods. Rubs on control arm and sway bar. Not the worst rub I’ve had on other vehicles. Looks great! Purchased 2.5 leveling kit and small rear blocks but I’m not in a hurry to install them because the truck looks great. Actually it looks like ford should have this proportion from the factory. Tremor is taller with a small tire I think. My truck looks the way it should have all along!
