Rights, licences, and legal is crazy. RU-vid is to much sometimes. I get if you are show a whole film or tv show or even a song that gets into piracy. Even if you show part but to long or much but some of these rules and strikes demonetizing just go overboard and worse is the lack of communication help and access. Hope the Delorean issues work out to cause little trouble. The Steamboat Willie Mickey is interesting check out John Oliver's episode about that last season.

It's just difficult to use other peoples stuff. I'm working on a Ghostbusters themed lamp and i use a STL from someone else. It's released as "Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial - No Derivatives". I have remodeled one part of it myself and use two of his parts scaled up 500%. Is it now a derivative? Now i have a lamp that i would like to share but i can't do anything with it.
It's an interesting conundrum they have there however as countless examples will prove there are loopholes within loopholes within loopholes they will get around the problem.
