With hindsight, I'm so pleased that they took Rome at 9. Fingers and toes crossed here that we could have a QB + WR pairing for the next decade. Just for once in my lifetime I'd like it to work out that the Bears have outstading offensive talents that play their careers on the Bears roster, like a Larry Fitzgerald, or a Walter Payton, or how Patrick Mahomes is going to be. We had Urlacher, and Butkus, and Singletary, and Hampton, now please, let's show the offense some love. Much depends on them staying healthy, but my prayer is that this happens.
