I got a conditional offer from Deakin and later they sent me a revised offer where they mentioned the scholarship. So I guess it's possible you get a a revised visa hence you should get it in unconventional

Hi bro i have received unconditional offer letter from rmit for feb 2025 intake i have liquid funds 17 lakh in parents acc and getting a loan from union bank non collateral of 37 lakh. pte score 63 no less marks then 58 btech marks CGPA 8.2 pointer overall Will there be any problem for visa?

All depends upon your funds your mother father combined ITR of last 3 years if you are recent passout if your father is govt employee aur your grandparents have FDs either mother side or father side if applying education loan go for secured but funds are the main concern

I dont think so don’t celebrate to early there are many people who has 8 bands. mother and father both are govt employee and have enough funds agricultural land FDs but they don’t get out of 100 only 1 student is getting visa 99% chance you ain’t getting
