Yet another video for fun. I was encouraged by the number of stories when, for example, one orchestral player played the whole concert on a reed made of a stick from ice cream.
Or stories when clarinetists of prof level exchanged equipment with students and still sounded like professionals and students still sounded like students.
Or stories when after the death of an excellent clarinetist everyone wanted to get his equipment but when bought and tried were unable to play it because it was that bad.
I am not any close to that level of clarinet playing, but I tend to think that we pay too much attention to equipment. I'm not an exception-I just recently ordered one more new mouthpiece that is interesting to me lol
So this is my experiment if I can potentially play on a bad setup.
