I LOATHED Jericho in the 90s. It wasn’t until I got to be an adult that I realized how good as a heel he was. Queue up Miz similarly, guys that are so consistent for so long. Just decades of amazing in ring, promo, and behind the scenes work.

Nobody will listen to this podcast more than Chris himself.

I’ve been a Chris Jericho fan since I started watching wrestling in 1997. He is definitely one of the greatest!

Ric flair comes to mind as someone who’s done and still doing what Jericho is doing. With that said, that’s a very short list and not the worst name to be next to.

GO JERICHO GO! A fantastic wrestler,and on the mic. Can be great as a heel or face. His misuse by WCW, was one of the biggest mistakes by that former company. Y2J is not just a hall of famer,but a memorable entertainer 🕺

His influence on wrestling as a whole is legendary and hall of fame worthy

Theres zero change that Jericho doesnt go into the HOF, like theres zero chance he doesnt have one last short run in WWE. I loved him when he was in WCW and his first couple years in WWE, i loved that rock n roll underdog thing, went off him when he started reinventing himself but always respected it. His last WWE run was legendary with the Owens work, brilliant stuff. AEW wouldnt have got off the ground had he not gone there. A HOF cert.

He's a hall of famer, but no one loves Jericho more than himself.

Jericho definitely deserves a hall of fame spot. Jericho is definitely one of the greatest to ever do it. Now i wont put him in any particular ranking like a top 5 or 10 because theres so many greats that have done their part. But if you go by era it gets better but still very subjects but if you do it correctly and go by style first delivery, story telling (in ring and promo) also eras, quality of matches well the list all around changes with the names and you can argue all that hes a top guy/ talent that fits his category he fits in.

I love Jericho, but sometimes I think these guys feel it's way cooler to go against the grain than it actually is in reality.

I was a huge fan of Jericho since 90s WCW. I understand that a lot of people dont like him these days- and they call him a "politic guy". And I have come to be comfortable letting people opine what they feel. But I WILL say that a lot of people have forgotten the amazing things this man did in pro wrestling, even when he DIDNT have the politics at his side. People forget the tons of great high flying matches he did as a younger man. People forget the Y2J reveal. People forget that this dude was wrestling in Japan, German, Mexico- hell all over the planet. People forget "No country for old men" Jericho. they forget his exploits, as hilarious as they were, as an NXT coach. People forget much of the humor he brung as a heel AND face- humor that he backed up well. So hes a guy in the later part of his career now. Who cares if he's fleecing Khan. Khan is a mark. Khan WANTS to pay money to hang out with his legends. Jericho is a guy making great money for taking it easier than when he was a younger man. I'm not mad at him for that. I HOPE he gets insanely comfortable financially. I hope he can send his kids to school or open a business or whatever. Jericho's worked his whole life. what's wrong with him taking it easy?

Chris Jericho is 1 of the best EVER nothing can really b argued against it. He drew he isn't just 1 thing and what he does he does it incredibly well.

Regardless of what people think, he deserves to be in.

You can't let Jericho out of the HOF with the amazing career he's had and still has. Like him or not, the guy is an absolute legend of this business.

He says the his now but when AEW falls apart , guess where he will standing thanking everyone for being inducted.

I OBJECT!! I've been saying that about Chris for years. Not only is his wrestling resume insane, but so is everything else he does outside. A fairly successful band. Been in movies. Random tv shows like dancing with stars. Owns the first wrestling frickn cruise line. Didn't he also own a wrestling podcast network?. I'm probably missing some stuff too. That's only off the top of my head.

I've been a fan of Chris almost as long as he's been a fan of his.

Given all of the things Triple H has changed, I can see him eventually created an actual WWE Hall of Fame.

From his WCW days, To his Debut of Y2J and finally Le champion. Chris Jericho is still one of my favorite pro wrestlers of all time, and definitely one of the GOAT of pro wrestling. I remember his second coming in WWE, it was one of my favorite moments as a teenager, all I gotta say is, it’s always a privilege to watch you perform whether it’s in WWE, AEW or Fozzy. Jericholic forever

People hating on him being way too "in love" with himself these days, but why he shouldn't? This man have one of a kind career. He made history not once but multiple times, won many championships, stole the show, there's one of the best feuds in history of pro wrestling and he was involved in it. He also jobbed alot to build new stars for WWE for years. 50 years old and still a full time worker.

No one is a bigger advocate for Chris Jericho than Chris Jericho. He really believes his career is unmatched and it's hilarious.

It’s mind boggling that WWE with all its resources and money doesn’t have a Hall of Fame building by the PC in Orlando. It’s strange that WWE hasn’t built something in the last 10 years especially a money making opportunity like that for visitors. I think less indications would be better if the speeches are longer but WWE and Peacock should make documentaries for each Hall of Fame inductee.

jericho is arguably one of the top 10 greatest wrestlers to ever do it, i tend to ignore most of the bs that he has been doing in aew, at the end of the day it’s all about the money and i don’t begrudge him for that. jericho will defo be inducted into the HOF someday, if wwe could bring punk back you best believe an inevitable return for jericho to the wwe will happen sooner than one can expect.

Hillbilly Jim is a super nice guy. I've met him several times. My step dad was best friends with Jim's brother back in the day.

I've always said the same thing, Hall of Fame in wrestling could be based on so much. You may be the worst wrestler but the best talker or vice versa. it's just someone's opinion that says yea, he/she should be in. There are tons of wrestlers who aren't in it who should be and vice versa. If AEW ever has a Hall of Fame, Jericho is the first inductee hands down. It's sad to think that when people say Mount Rushmore's of Wrestling his name doesn't come up some how in the conversation when he definitely should be up there.
