Also my utility company has price tiers so .12 cent per kw. If you exceed a kw amount which is pretty low you enter tier 2 which cost .18 cents. Then tier 3 which is not uncommon to enter then the cost goes way up to .32 cents per kw so more then likely it would be costing me $400-500 for that month just to warm that garage in your scenario.
