1 years negative market is no big deal equity needs to analyse based on 7 or 10 year CAGR… I many negative returns in us in 2000, 2001 or 2002. Large cap PE is less than 20 there is no bubble

It’s very good informative video, problem who are investing in MF or stock market doesn’t have proper knowledge of market down and upturn… basic fundamental knowledge is needed to navigate market… we saw 2007 crisis … half of market is wiped out but most of us created money during that time…. Market from 2008 to 2013 didn’t move at all nift was hovering near 6000 for 5 years….till Modi came to power …and we stayed invested for last 20 years … continuously and saw excellent return but also some years of extreme negative returns…

You can’t compare FD with Equities… you need to calculate post tax money…. FD in long run doesn’t even beat inflation
