You know what I loved about this. My wife is a huge chili peppers fan, and for 10 years I said the drummer looks just like will ferrell. She always thought for whatever reason that they look nothing alike. As soon as this first came out I couldn’t wait to show her. She laughed and I finally won a disagreement.

Yep I've been a red hot chilli pepper fan since i was a child i had no choice as my family members would play them non stop and when i first saw Chad my first thought was omg why does he look like will ferrel and yep just like your wife alot of people couldn't see that. I've been saying this for years so for them to upload a video with the 2 together I was blown away "like see guys I'm not the only one who thought they look alike " 😂😂

I’ll never forget chilling at my parents house watching RHCP music videos when my brother came home from school for lunch. They're almost identical, but - in this video, you can tell one "subtle" difference that gives the joke away. Will Ferrell, as a comedian, acquired special skill, an ability to not laugh while performing a joke. Musicians usually can't handle obvious jokes.

Chad definitely has his style and some of his rhythms are pretty technically tough... I had my doubts about will but I seen him drum many times and yeah he's an idiot but he knows his way around the drum set

I absolutely love 1:07 Chad (about Will): “He’s an imposter.” *Chad then slowly turns his head to look at Will.* And the look on Chad’s face is utter annoyance, but Will doesn’t even flinch. That part gets me every time, and Will’s reaction is badass!! 🤣
