Y’all need to add timestamps. The video is long. It’ll help organize the content in the video and also makes it easy for the user to go back to certain sections
Love the new format !! It's breath of fresh air. I had to pause the podcast multiple time to reflect on the things just said. I ended up opening my notebook, making notes and hypothesis XD Great guest selection team!!
Hey Rohin and Praveen !! I came across your channel recently and this is the first podcast that I have watched of yours, and before watching I read the comments and could see 4/10 people just bewildered on what the outcome of the podcast was, i said let me give it a try myself and i did. And what I honestly think is it’s a very different approach to the cliche podcasts that are out there, in which the host already picks some topics that the guest sheds lights on, but in yours the narrative is build as it goes and it’s just plain brainstorming, keep throwing questions and let’s see where it goes. So I really had a great value for my time ❤. Even after the podcast I was trying to brainstorm more on the questions asked and ofc on the Y-Axis for WFH and WFO question, my wild guess is it could be productivity or I maybe completely wrong and could have misunderstood the question. But yeah keep going at it guys, you would pakka se have one loyal listener 😂😊
Amazing content❤ pure gold Intially by looking at the thumbnail i didnt get interested beacause i thought it doesn't even make sence but though i watched because i might get other perspectives .. Yes I was right .. Wonderful insights :)
Y axis should be Projects Delivered for a consulting firm, Service levels for Service Firms. Depending on the industry the Key Performance Indicators should be plotted.
Bro the introduction confused the hell out of me. So one company is trying to enter a Market that is difficult to monetize and the other is trying to enter a market that has already saturated and stagnated, has giants as the players and all these players can do is grow sideways and fight for each other's market share instead of aquire/create new (since they've hit the ceiling as per you). Why are these two companies trying to enter industries that are either unprofitable or highly competitive and a game of margin basically. I cant make the heads and tails of it. And the intro was so long that i couldn't go past that for now. I usually listen to podcasts when I'm cooking and all, please try to wrap up the intro in 5.mins... not 12🥲🥲
