Give relief in GST for 5% catagory specially targeted for lower lower class citizen .

Middle class must be given incentive to claim 20% of GST purchase through his PAN card by uploading GST paid invoices . This will increase tax base , contain evasion , and cash in the hands of middle class.

Women Mudra loan defaulter in smaller range be given an interest free moratorium of 3-5 years for consolidation of their entrepreneurial effort. Loan waiver for selected genuine sufferer due to medical sickness, natural calamity or disaster. No general free bees to creamy layer citizen. Provide relaxed norms loan to lower creamy layer citizen for start up initiative. For large corporates no sops but improve ease of Buisness by removing certain hurdles . Cut F/O scam on stock exchange . Ease certain norms for Small and Medium scale enterprises to raise funds from market with stringent disclosures .
