Holy shit the trust issues this gives. Not just people like Jonan wondering if their partner is a gold digger, but the way Dorian played that role so well. I know in this set up there was an easy red flag of a guy so easily backstabbing a friend that just helped him out and going for a girl he doesn't know, but how easily he put on that charm on command, it would be so hard to tell when he's sincere and when he's playing it.
