Cities and stadiums should be proper to accommodate many people. Overall sponsors are real king in any sports if they don't invest then it's no use hosting any tournaments. Only India, England, Australia and South Africa can host big tournaments, next is Bangladesh and westindies for small tournaments.

It is simple sir you do not have normal diplomatic ties with India, no trade, no visa been issued to Pakistan because of its obvious risks. Just see how many Pakistanis got visa for cricket worldcup. India has decided to use cricket as a tool of diplomacy unlike Pakistan which has used terrorism as a tool of its foreign policy with regards to India and Afghanistan, BUT NOT with Australia, England, NZ, SA or WI. Have some shame. So however sugar coated or convincing your arguments are India has decided not to come.
