We wanted to see it because no one uses the yuty as anything other than a support. As someone who always uses supports as tanks and DPS to my success and others’ consternation, thank you. You proved what we had all been scorned for telling people. Now, under the same logic, daeodon with a crap ton of kibble or cooked meat in their inventories
I honestly feel dumb for never considering this. Yuty is my favourite dino and I only breed them for support but sneak in a few melee mutations to hold my own. Imagine only mutating health and melee…
No clue why people don't just use these instead of rexes. You've got to get an imprinted one anyway if you want it to survive the arena, so what's breeding 19 more? 😊
If you’re trying to speed run the bosses all the way to ascension I always thought just forgetting about rex or any other boss dino and just going straight for yutis is a better strategy. They are really much better overall than a rex saddle bp is easier to get than rex. I got 2 from red drops. I think one was a red ring
Im just thinking They have very similar stats to a Rex, but are faster, more agile and have this special ability Why aren’t they more popular as a normal tame?
The stats are indeed similar, but the rex is better suited to be an army dino, while the yuty is better to be ridden. The yuty is a bit nimbler, has better stamina overall and possibly better knockback. But these are all irrelevant for the AI, since unridden creatures don't use stamina. the rex on the other has a way faster attack animation, which means the dps is higher than expected compared to the yuty. This is a big advantage for unridden dinos. SO instead of choosing one, people take the good from both.
@@darkprince6543 Yeah. First gen, fully imprinted. I don't push it further, since in single player people don't spend that much time breeding, and i want to keep that stats somewhat achievable in official PvP through selective breeding and mutations.
