Keep using the harmonic balancer puller but you need more power from your impact, and then while it's as tight as you can get it use the torch and heat up around the shaft till its really hot and hit the end of the puller with a hammer until it pops

ya you can take the motor mounts or the black bottom motor plate and use straps(the ones you use to tighten stuff on your truck) to keep the motor tight from moving on a table, i usually like putting nylon rope down a piston but some say dont do that i do it everytime(others will advice taking off the intake and putting a rag on one side, but then youll find those bolts are seized sometimes and snapping one is detrimental) , also don't over tighten the puller or youll mess the stator coils up; you can get cheap knock off's but sometimes they dont last. once the motors on the bench with straps take a breaker bar with a helper pipe and youll get it.

It’s easy to get it off, just walk the end of the puller with a 2 pound sledge hammer ,it’ll come off
