Will it start? Diamond T Cabover 931cn 

Not many Diamond left out there. Big project big money but it would be worth to preserve our history. There are car shows out there and now there are truck shows as well. I would love to see this Diamond in the ruff come back to life.

Great to see! The company I worked for in my earlier life had 3 of these. 1964 -1966, so I spent many hours maintaining them. Drove them many times, they were a good truck and I always felt that was what a TRUCK was supposed to look like. Norm

Greetings from the Ohio Porters.🤩 Yeah, I remember these old rigs. My brother owned a Diamond REO cabover like this. I think they either pit the DIamond REO or the Diamond T badging on them as they came down the line…depending on the day I guess. I love to see them at truck shows. I’m glad that it started for you. 😎 And you’ve already had the cab off the frame…wow! 😳 That engine sounded quite good. I love the sound of those old Cummins…a very unique sound for sure. 🤩 1st: Get that thing out for a bath and really show us her beauty 2nd: Get the wiring fixed so you can just connect the cables and fire her up to move her around 3rd: Get a new frame so that you can make a stretched semi with a DROM flatbed on it perhaps. This old truck really deserves to be brought back to life! Give her some character! You’ll be glad you did and still be able to use her. That 1963 Diamond T 931-CN Cabover semi truck sure has been sitting inside that shed for so many years. It's perfect in shape and sure needs a good refurbishing there @Tony Olson.

Nice video, keeping it inside is a great way to preserve it. I would keep the truck as is except look for a later model air ride cut off. A few thousand dollars, you can make the wheelbase what ever you want at that point. I like the exhaust you made for it, looks good.

i would love to have that old iron, love diamond ts, diamond reos, brockways,fords, g.m.c. s ,dodges all of them.

I'am Your Newest Subscriber Great Videos. Get It Running Really Good And Restore it And Take It To The Truck Shows. I Never Seen A Air Pressure Gauge That Big On Any Truck. And Those Small Gauges Are Up So High

Cut it behind the cab and find a modern air ride cut off to graft onto it. That way you won’t have to re-engineering all the steering, cab mounts, clutch mechanism etc. Great looking Diamond T!

The first company I drove for I started in a 65 diamond T it had 238 Detroit an a five x four transmission
