This kid would be a great option at the point. Speed things up off the bounce, off the bench as well. It'd be a nice year of learning from veterans for him. Be another foundational piece for the next year.
Nothing that does surprises me at all. Said from hr one of hearing his hire, my wife told me at 4 am. First words out of my mouth was great hire. We in good hands.
He’d be a solid add, but if he wants to start, I think we should pass on him. He’s a great player. I just prefer the experience of the guys we have. It would be a great chance for him to develop for a season.
He ain't startin at UK this year and trust when i tell u he gonna have to earn it next year. Pope aint gonna make promises like Cal and play Wagners, harrison twins over the better, more deserving guards. Give cal credit, he kept his word to the kids, but he should have never told em that in the first place, and especially when it is hurting the success of the program...but if hes willing to be patient and play his part for a year first like a rookie/frosh should and always have til recently. Work on learning from the vets we got, learning popes system, and work on improving mentally and on his physique then KY will suit and reward him well
