Oh come on! There’s rich people bored etc. there are poorer people bored too. Life’s what you make it. I’m sick of rich people saying money doesn’t buy you happiness , but being poor doesn’t buy you happiness either. Being rich gets you better medical services, schools etc. the lottery needs to be capped at a certain amount and get more winners with less balls 🤣 then surely this would help the economy. More people with money to spend.

Yea at Tiffany’s 😂 yet for us to go to Caffè Nero is a a treat. But famous people get everything free in the shops yet we have to pay. Utter madness. I could go on 😫

I worked for a large conglomerate car dealership once. There was a man who had his entire extended family coming in to pick out cars because he was injured at work and receiving a $200k settlement. Two of the vehicles were repossessed within a year. They had no money. ☹️

I will miss Anne when she leaves Countdown. This woman is a masterful interviewer, she should be given her own show. Yes, she did show her age on certain subjects, but, has to be admired for her strength of character, as "cancel culture" doesn't frighten her. I personally believe she has been bullied off the show. Rachel Riley at the beginning of each show, always has a subtle dig at Anne. Anne-Marie got Anne's humour and AM's intelligence shone through, with them bouncing off each other. The programme seemed much more relaxed.

Money would make me very happy. With that sum, re lottery win, I’d make a lot of others comfortable. There’s a place/friend in Africa and I would go there and build the school he wants. I’d build wells. I’d help the refugee crisis. For my family - we’d all have nice big modest homes, lots of travel, uni fees for all paid. I’d also build a street of homes to accommodate veterans and those homeless ready for independence. I’d still be rich! I’d be very happy!

The best thing I've heard about winning the lottery was in a documentary about big winners. A psychologist said that the money doesn't change you & ruin your life, it magnifies what you're already like. If you live simply & are not materialistic, you'll continue to be that way (and probably make good use of the money). If you're materialistic, you'll probably go crazy (and eventually lose it all).
