Will my 2001 Dodge Dakota finally run? 

Congratulations bro my 99 dodge durango has been sitting for 8years in the garage i Bought it On market place and it started right up. I drove it to the car wash everything works I just needed to clean it. I was very happy on my Purchase.

You had much greater luck then I 😂 I let mine sit for about a year and a couple weeks ago I replaced the battery and got it started. The alternator was seized and burned through the serpentine belt, I watched it snap in half lol. So now I gotta replace the alternator and the belt/tensioner. Congrats kiddo! Also, I would look into replacing the IAC valve (idle air control valve), it might fix that rough idle issue.

I have the same one, everything keeps breaking 😂😂😂
