More accurately a Waterwheel, the mill part is only added if it powers a mill stone.

I’ve had this game for a few years. It takes a lot of time to do a mass industrialisation. This game is very very cool, and usually if you want to get into industry stuff, you start off very slow, you have to buy everything you own, food etc, mine for a long time, and then usually get taxed the most because you destroy the planet the most. It is possible, if you get into political power, however to control the industry sector to your own will, and basically force the population to help you grow. Idk, game is very in depth, it sucks that it doesn’t have a massive player base

Its worth it got it since release, updates are also nice and yep hard to find a good server but if u got one its fun :)
