Hey Logan! Could you maybe list the oils, the paste, and such things that you normally use for getting the right taste in your dishes? I want to step up my ingredients a little bit. 😅
Korean Red pepper paste = gochujang in case you there are some other types out there, he used honey in place of sugar in this video, Sesame oil, rice wine vinegar (less acidic), soy sauce, rice noodles. I wasn't sure about the black sesame whether they are seeds or salt like someone else said.
@@sp33dy123It doesn't matter what vinegar is used, but Koreans use sugar instead of honey to prevent noodles from sticking to each other, use sesame oil to enhance the savory taste, and bibim-guksu should be flour noodles, and Koreans don't eat rice noodles very well. It doesn't matter if you add black sesame instead of sesame salt.

@SunooAndHisHourGlass Lol as a Country boy from Alabama. I eat leftover chicken right out the fridge in the middle of the night because the microwave would wake others up. I didn't wanna share so i ate it cold. Try it sometimes it actually taste better that way. When it's fresh and hot you don't taste the season as much because so hot. Order wings let them sit 30 mins than eat em. You taste all the flavors than.
You gotta try german food with korean food dude, it is such an odd combo saying out loud but omg, mixing saurkraut with kimchi noodles is the best thing ever, even with roasted pork or sausages shit is a must try, much love man you inspire my midnight Snacks go toos all the time keep up the good work ❤

보통은 맵지만, 고추의 매운맛이 익숙치 얺은 경우엔 고춧가루 중 일부를 붉은 파프리카 가루로 대체할 수 있어요.(색깔은 적당히 붉지만 맛은 훨씬 덜 매워요) 고춧가루를 넣지 않는, 새콤한 맛(며칠간 발효시킨 후)이 일품인 물김치, 동치미, 백김치(독일의 사우어크라우트와 비슷함) 등도 있어요. 김치를 먹어 본적이 없다면… 간단하게 오이 무침(갓 만든 김치와 같은 버전으로, 매콤한 샐러드 같은 느낌), 깍두기(무로 만든 김치) 정도로 도전해 보시길 추천 드려요 :) 레시피는 유튜브 “망치” 채널을 추천 드려요😊
