He was talking about Ospreay. It was in reference to an interview where Ospreay said the WWE schedule wasn't for him. HHH tried to play it like can't handle the tour schedule but was talking about the lack of freedom to work other promotions too

He spent most of his career in NJPW earning less money to work a much more physical style with longer matches and now He is doing the same style for better money WWE'S house shows schedule Is miserable for the wrestlers and WWE make pennies from them in their overall income. Yep people just took the bait and ran with it instead of listening to the entire interview They just listened to the edited version and whoever reported it to the dirt sheets just made it sound like Triple H was talking about Ostrich Triple H in no way shape or form was talking about Will (he never mentioned him by name) he in fact was talking about up and upcoming wrestlers who didn’t like the grind can go somewhere else and work a lighter schedule (does that sound like he was taking shots a will? I think not)

because he was the free agent they were trying to get to come there and his stipulation in his contract was to have time to fly back to the UK so he didnt have to move his family to the states. He didnt want to join WWE because then he'd have to live in the US because the schedule wouldn't allow for constant trips back to the UK.

So I don’t understand why he would be so upset. Especially because Triple H specifically mentioned wrestlers that are at the beginning of their careers. I thought Osprey has been doing this for a long time.

@HonorFamilyWrestling361 Think about it. If Ospreay said He chose AEW because WWE don't focus enough on wrestling or lack freedom, he would sound like he Is taking a dig. The schedule Is another factor and the most diplomatic factor to give as a reason HHH then tried to paint as Ospreay can't handle the schedule and that He is taking the easy route. HHH is smart enough to know the AEW style is going to be preferred by most people from the Japanese system. He Is smart enough to know AEWs schedule is much better for wrestlers mental health and family life. Instead of letting it go, He tried to paint people choosing AEW as lazy and defend an unnecessarily hard and restrictive schedule
