Rahul is big enough to take this challenge.

This is the first party i've seen is most happy on becoming the opposition in parliament.

He has a very creative mind. Will come up with all sorts of contrived allegations that will grab eyeballs and amount to nothing. Perfect characteristics of an Indian leader of opposition.

Rahul needs this training take the job man.

I think he should. And next election we want to see him as PM. Or may be earlier if Modi did not survive the full term.

From what we have seen in the last 3 months and the Bharat yodna...He is capable...but he should play the games without getting himself or his party or allies suspended ... Unless the issue is such grave significance...Now if Rahul can enthuse and keep the flock together.. But if there is 2nd thought...they should have somebody like an Akilesh Yadav.....in the Congress Gogoi from Assam...Manoj Tiwari...Sachin Pilot...any of these should be extremely talented in every aspect...communication..Leadership .. decisions.. strategies... Cooperation..respected..honest.. extremely hard working...energy and charismatic...And also a tough cookie...should be able to carry the entire Alliance along......You must a voice that is moderate but firm...Congress must think out of the box...even Supriya their spokesperson ...

Gaurav Gogoi should be made the LoP....he has wide experience as Deputy leader in the Lok Sabha during the last Parliament....unless of course if Rahul Gandhi takes the responsibility seriously...doing away with foreign visits and attending all sessions of parliament to meticulously take stock of all important matters concerning the country as a whole.

if he doesn't become LOP then he can never become PM.

His record of attendance in parliament is bad...Would he want to give his free wheeling lifestyle ..to take up responsibilities as head of the opposition????

Rahul would want Priyanka to fight Wayanad.. win … and then she will be made LOP… she’s capable of taking everyone along.. Rahul would want to strengthen the party.

Rahul Gandhi himself knows he is not suitable for LoP. Gurav Gogoi, Sashi Tharoor are more knowledgeable & articulate. LoP is a very serious post.
