Will Ramos seems like such a nice guy. Honestly a good role model for deathcore and sounds like a smart dude too. So glad Lorna is the most popular deathcore band rn. I’ve been a fan of them since Psalms and I honestly think they deserve to be #1 rn.

Yo it's no wonder they hit Spotify viral top 10... I alone listened to this song Alone on repeat for like a week straight, until something else else got played... I showed this song to at least like 40 other people, one of those people claims to have shown it to 100 people. After introducing it to some younger guys who had no clue how deep metal got, they said they spent a whole night recording screaming vocals after I showed it to them, they were a country dude, and a hip hop head....this song transcends boundary's.

Same here, I have listened some deathcore in the past to check it out and it wasn't for me. But Lorna Shore and specially this EP is simply genius. I prefer them now with Will, but their Immortal album is amazing too. They're taking deathcore to an unknown level.

this song and by next year we will very well be able to say this band, is bigger than deathcore. these guys could be one of the most important bands going forward, gaining more attention from a wider audience than what you are used to for this genre. Just wanna share. My friend isn't metalhead or heavy music listener. Last week, i found 'To the Helfire' and just bang my head with this song every morning wake. And then, i share the music video in my social media and then he ask me for "what is this? Its so f*ckn good, its hit me like, 'why people didnt listen this kind of music, its crazily fun". And well, he's now love it. The point was, To the Hellfire could make people easily fall in love with extreme music, idk why but its true.

as a new death metal listener via Lorna Shore by way of TikTok (I know it's just a tad bit embarrassing), I'd love to know what the lyrics mean to them. I know the surface-level meaning of the album (death and being reborn) but I'd like to know if there's a deeper meaning to a song about death. For example, how do they relate to it, why they wrote it, if the intent was to make or glamorize the (deeper) meaning of death? It confuses me as a non-metal listener and how I'm supposed to interpret such a straightforward song about death.

I do not care for their music. The song writing is boring and the mix is over dubbed none sense. He is overly redundant with the lyrical phrasing if you’re familiar with his work on Infant Annihilator. Will just delivers shock value that’s why they’re viral. He’s a cool guy though.
