Richard is not really scared of heights, because he was stood at the top of that damn. There is no way I would ever be up there!!!

If you increase your strength, especially your "core" it will help alleviate your fears. Most fear of heights comes from a fear of falling. If you are stronger you have more confidence that your body will not let you fall because of weakness. You are less likely to fall unless you make the mistake.

I thought May was the one afraid of heights. Well, that dam would spook the courage outta anyone unless you are used to.

I've got a fear of heights (or more to the point, the drop and subsequent landing), but when I've done some rock climbing and abseiling in the scouts when I was younger and just forced myself to do it and I loved every minute of it, despite my fears. I'd love to give this a go! Looks like loads of fun!
