I love Will, but you can only say something like that if you have enough money to correct mistakes they make. If you not, you have to "force" them, with respect and love, to do what have to be done: like studying a lot to make it on a good University in order to get a good job or at least to have the choice. In my opinion it is the parents job to prepare their kids for the adulthood. Means a good job, more money = more security, more freedom for their kids.
YES THEORY on RU-vid to watch more footage of Will Smith's awesome helicopter bungee jump over the Grand Canyon! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QxeVJGVR6iI.html
@Angie F Yes, I've heard so many wonderful things about him. He is so giving to his fans. Helen Mirren was telling everyone on Graham Norton how he'll spend hours with his fans.
I love when Trevor genuinely laughs.. it’s like all us black folks when we laugh lol we jerk, walk way, smack something, fall out lmao it’s just like a natural body reaction 😂😂😂
Rich people have more resources to take care of themself. More freedom to schedule work outs, money for personal trainers, a private gym, dietician, the works. And they never have to lie awake worrying about money. They live on an entire different planet.
Richard Greasley Absolutely. I’m hoping he means he’s figured out the difference as a parent between guiding your child and trying to dominate your child decisions based on your perception of life.
Temi Akojie it’s amazing to hear a black man be able to say that in our lifetime. He’s financially liberated and now life for him and his family is beyond the need to survive, they’re actually living and thus have time to explore the very top echelon of Maslow’s hierarchy.
“I told myself, ‘That’s it. I’m gonna do what I want, I’m gonna say what I want, I’m gonna live the way I want without the fear of somehow losing something that is precious that I’ve created. - Will Smith
I have to be honest: that interview turned out to be much more interesting and deep as I expected. Wouldnt mind to see another hour of those two talking it out.
This whole interview is FULL of quotables, in less than 12 minutes. Such a natural dynamic they have. It looks like 2 old friends catching up and joking around.
"With my kids I got really humble. Not wanting to be on them. As if I could possibly know the decisions that they need to make. So I've learned to be open, and to watch, and to pay attention, and to trust that the same God that held my hand through the world is going to hold theirs..." -Will Smith
no love people show love differently you see it as weird well that’s your perception of love in your life. Most people do way worse. My dad still calls me his baby till this day and I’m 22 I still see him doing calling my one when I’m 50
Samething I was telling my 6 year old daughter today. She was asking what if she get all incorrect in her spelling test. Or all correct in her vocabulary test this week. I told her whether or not tests are not the end of the world.
Don't know if you have ever watched Jada's Red Table Talk with her mom and Willow, but in one of the episodes Willow talked about that "come to Jesus" moment she had with Will when she was younger about this very thing that Will learned. The journey was her own, not his. Its a great show, totally recommend it for those who like to speak on real issues.
When his kids were younger he said they had different rules for each kid, because they were allowed to do the things they showed they could handle. If they messed up, that privilege would be gone. I have always tried to raise my kids with that philosophy. And this one sounds good as well. His kids are amazing human beings.
Trevor has such a strong "regular guy" aura to him that makes his interviews feel like just 2 dudes talking. I know the interview was meant to promote the movie but it feels authentic and genuine at the same time. He could be the next Oprah
This is the first time I've seen Trevor out-Trevored in an interview 😂 Will Smith is like Trevor in 20 years. All of the wit, humor, and drive, but with the wisdom and grounded confidence that comes with age and life experience. Fantastic interview!
Who knew that... Will Smith would grow this deep, this soon. Great insight! 🙏🏾 Edit: This is how I have come to feel after stressing so much about raising my daughter. I just threw my hands up and realized that I was raised by God. There were countless times and things that my parent could not shield, prevent or protect me from. Let's not fool ourselves, if earth is where we live , we are all children of grace
1. “I’m so good, only I can kill me... I don’t need other actors” 2. It’s like pre sex and after sex Will, Trevor, the crowd, me and you: 😂🤣😅 #randykinamber
Star Cherry: Don‘t do it. The lamest movie I saw for a long time. Don‘t get me wrong, the picture and the fights are great, but the story misses so many opportunities and is just lame...
@@hudsontoo1212 same way that you found time to respond to a post that wasn't sent to you. 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ If he's annoying to you, why click on it? It clearly shows who is being interviewed so....
@@anthonysmith6968 or he is my grandpa who forgot to wear his glasses & by mistake somehow started watching this video even tho he doesn't know what is utube & clicked the dislike button when he was trying desperately to gimme a call😂😂🤣
This interview was so well scripted it kind of showed. They and their people met before this and had the entire thing laid out to perfection. That’s not a reason to dislike it necessarily (I liked it a lot), but I can see that some people might not like what wasn’t a truly “off the cuff” exchange. The whole “lights not on” part makes it look spontaneous, they did that on purpose.
@Shardul Dingankar 'After Earth' did it for me. 🙌 I take a knee...( Say a prayer ) when I know that I have to face my phobias.👿☠ I don't know why that Movie didn't resonate with a lot of people, but I understood the meaning that he ( Will Smith ) was tryna convey. 🙏😎🙏
Trevor really knows how to relate to each and every one of his guests, its amazing. His laugh is genuine and still the same whether he is talking to Will Smith, Kevin Hart.......
I don't wanna lie, I feel so inspired by Trevor Noah because Will Smith is someone we only see on TV, since we were young and as a kid from "South Africa" that's dope. Historical moment
Will Smith is just one of a kind, the type of person he is just is extraordinarily amazing. Hope he continues going and living for many many more years, and Jada Pinkett Smith as well👍🏼👏🏼👍🏼👏🏼👍🏼👏🏼🙂😁✌🏼
Hahaha! He my brother has identical humor!! My former high school classmate Will Smith continues to inspire me with his words of wisdom and joyful nature in this journey of life.
