Lila Ramonda ( a flower of hope) Neither peace nor dream I have. Night doesn't let day break into dawn. it is hard time for lonely one. Under water, my screams are silent. Beyond the Mountains white glow, no end looming. This path is well trodden for the wounded. No one to lead me to the bright Morning Star. The world is set on fire, every flower. Where were they gone,Lila Ramonde? Lila Ramonda Lila Ramonda Ramonda Lila Ramonda There is no one to guide me for all the stars fell asleep. Neither do prayers help Where were they gone, Lila Ramonde? Lila Ramonda Lila Ramonda Ramonda Lila Ramonda Out of ashes it rises, one Lila Ramonda.
Yes, Teya Dora - together with Breskvica the standout of this selection!💜🥀🪻Hauntingly dark, melancholic, ethereal - and Teya Dora's voice is a dream come true. I would EASILY send this or Breskvica, there is no other option in my view. The instrumental here is on point, I had goosebumps all the time, but the ethereal melodies and especially her voice make "Ramonda" a song I will listen to for decades, even long after Eurovision 2024. Stunning!💜✨️
Lila ramonda or Ramonda serbica is flower mainly in Balkan, most of it in Serbia. As the 1/3 of the Serbian population died in WW1,escape to Krf in Grecce, and returned and win our country back,we raised from ash like Phoenix. Lila Ramonda is a flower who can die,but when ground gets water after some long time, flower is starting to grow, reborn. On the day of comemoration of WW1 we wear that flower on our chest.
Hi Kostis! I came here just to hear your reaction, but it would be good to be also able to listen to the song... at least so that to be able to better relate to what you are saying :-) I share your love to different languages. Do you have videos where you speak Greek? I wouldn't understand Greek though... well, what I was going to say is that you would probably have much more fans if you would let your listeners to hear the songs with less interruptions... maybe it is just an assumption... I think you are great, people should have more of you so to say.... Hope my comment didn't upset you.
It is twin of her song Janum. Listen to Janum, Janum is name (in tradition) for a girl who can't find love. Find lyrics and you will understand. She is "lila Ramonda", flower which is dried ("world burns, every flower; where are dissapared all lila ramondas?"). She is hoping at the end ("one lila Ramonda is arising from the ashes") - hoping that she will find love.
She has huge following worldwide. She was third or fourth on spotify with more then 100 million views of her song Janum. If it is at the end everyone would be touched because song is so sad. But, currently Breskvica is favourite due to high national televote. Only is she falls below 2nd place by juries anyone else could hope to win. And, Moje more in Dzanum means "my nightmares" not my sea, as it might translate it. Meaning depends on accent, here in refrain it means nightmare, don't be confused. @@Kostis_ESC
