If Hugh freeze can get the players up for every game like UGA and BAMA Auburn will be elite no doubt

It also needs to be stated that he brought in multiple staff members that he has continuity with running that offense

Actually in an interview more recently(cant recall with who) Hugh seems pretty iffy about calling plays. He made it sound like he will be wearing a headset and may give advice but playcalling will be Nix.

Saban complained and got the offensive lineman 5 yards downfield penalty implemented because of Gus

These guys don’t pay attention very much. Hugh said at the vegetable of the season that the only reason he didn’t call plays last season was because he needed to be on recruiting one on one and look how well that worked out for Auburn.

How well it worked out? Auburn was 6-7 with an embarrassing offense. I wouldn't say that worked out well. As for the recruits, they have yet to play a game. Way too early to claim that worked out well.

@@wizarddragon obviously you can’t read and comprehend 🤦 look how well him being on the road recruiting worked out. Top 10 class in his first year. Signed auburns first 5 star wr, look Bama’s best wr recruit, got a few top line backers. 5 star OL. Did all that with a 6-7 record. The man has been successful every place he has coached. Nick saban couldn’t say that will he got to lsu and then bama. But we ALL know why he was successful

@@Bullfighter93 It's you that obviously cant read. I said we have yet to play a game with those recruits. This means its impossible to know if it worked out well. Ask Texas A&M how great recruiting glasses go. So yeah its common sense.

Gus always acted like he wasn’t calling plays but he refused to give the play calls up. Gus was the worst play caller I have seen.

Gus was at auburn 8 years and had 8 winning seasons. Auburn hasn’t had a winning season without Gus since 2007.

Playcall a national championship team and play called into another National championship game. I wouldn't say he sucked.

@@lucio989 Gus also destroyed our offensive talent and his Covid year was not a winning season because the review board saved him in three games. That was the review board in Birmingham ran by Bamers. They saved him because they wanted us to hold onto him. He was a loser. Look at how he’s destroying UCF 😂 what a joke. No more living off Kevin Steele.

@@gamingdreams2142 o he was not saved by any reviews. Auburn beat Arkansas ass every year the one time Gus lost to Arkansas was a quadruple overtime loss.

Hugh Freeze is a nice mediocre coach with personal issues. 89-50 overall as a D1 HC and only 50/50 in SEC. He is what he is and it’s not elite.

Different programs have different ceilings & Auburn has BY FAR the highest ceiling of any school Hugh hqs been at. Gene Chizik was 5-19 at Iowa state and 2 years later won a championship at Auburn

@@LisaFitsU3 still had a winning record every he has ever coached till this past season when he had the worst team he will ever have as a coach, that he only had a month to build. Granted the Maryland loss and New Mexico State loss were bad, if we had held off Georgia and bama your tune would be different unless your one of their fans and then that’s cause your heads so far up your ass you don’t know up from down or left from right
