Tommy. You are sooo right regarding the one of 32. I was a real estate broker in the 90s thru 2010. I worked for the largest new home builder in the country. My sales went from like 2 homes a weekend, to average 13 sales a weekend...on the north side! many many were chiropractors and doctors from California. Because of the Jags.
