I’m glad Cisco has worked out for you and he came back for 2022. It’s awesome to see that him and Eric have formed a bond and still work together on the off season. I believe you positivity is what attracts people to you and your channel.

I guess I wasn't yet a subscriber back when Francisco first started---so, it was cool to watch him on his first day @ Victory...naturally, he & Eric formed an instant bond--yet, he also seemed to have good chemistry with the rest of the crew as well...&, most importantly, Ryan liked him from the outset as well (&, even loaned him the $ for brand new work boots)...of course, it all worked out well, & Francisco has proven himself to be a very valuable member of the team!

Found your channel like 3 weeks ago, I'm watching from the beginning, on this "episode " atm, lol I'm in the Cariboo of BC, Canada. About 2 summers ago we got up to 52 celeus, (126 F) in summer then -51C , -62 F , was messed up , a 100 degree swing , and it was at night 91 F in the summer

I’ve got to say, I never imagined myself as a labourer, was never the strong type but when life hit I had to find a job. Beginnings were hard, mostly physically, but I’m a contractor now and I gotta say I can’t imagine working in an office again. Theres something about working hard all day and looking back at something you made with your own hands and knowing the customer is happy. You come home tired, but I love it. I’m saying this because you talking about concrete is how I talk about my work and it reminded me of how we should be grateful and appreciative of the little things in life. I love your channel!

D jr. Is my favorite on the crew. I am 4th generation concrete mason, love it been doing it 30 years now love it and still doing till i die. You got a great crew even though every once in a while you got to kick them in there butt to keep it moving, you put out a great product quick, clean, especially great quality work manship that what i love. I’m sitting here in Baton Rouge La. with no electricity because of hurricane Ida. I have my generator running with fans on trying to keep cool enough to sleep. Ryan you should look into hard surface repairs for your utility company. The company I work for has soft surface and hard surface contracts. Always have work and nobody pays like the utility companies :)
