One of the important fact which is not mentioned in the video is that majority of the companies won't employe International Students even if they have PSW. Companies want to hire local people. That's the ground reality.

They may or may not scrap the new entrant! Best is to get a job of 40k or above, those who are experienced ❤

I'm believing myself I will get job above £40k as I'm already having experience of above 5+ years in manufacturing with my master's in SCM, I'm definitely confident about cracking above 40k? Nanaba, same age tha naan! Is there higher chance?

Can this £26,200 be continued for 5 years or will the going rate change every year? When I got my skilled worker visa the going rate was £25,600, then £26,200 from 6 April 2023. I don't know what the going rate will be from April 6, 2024 onwards Which of the two amounts mentioned above should I follow? Should I follow the going rate of £25,600 that I mentioned when applying for the visa or should I follow the going rate every year?

If you already have skilled worker visa then you don’t need to get £38,700 till you renew your visa When you have to renew your visa at that time you have to get £38,700

I am applying for postdoc in plat science area. My pay scale will be 32k to 36k pounds? Am I eligible for global talent visa? Is there any issue in applying for visa? Is there any possibility to increase minimum pay scale for postdoc scholars?

For global talent visa your post doc should be co-sponsored by any uk public funding. There is a lot which I can’t type down here. You can check that on the global talent visa website. Payscale for HEAs are revised every year by the UK HEA association.

@@BritIndians Thanks bro. But, I think skilled worker visa will work until April, 2024. I will get in UK before March, 2024 through skilled worker visa. That will work for open postdoc positions.
