I made kaymak, but I've never tried it, so I don't know if it tastes like a real kaymak :(
[Ingredients]
Fresh cream, milk, hotteok mix, banana - Homeplus
Honey, lemon juice, potato starch - kitchen
[5 minutes kaymak]
1) Add 40g of potato starch to a 500ml bottle of whipped cream and mix well
2) Sieve whipped cream into a pot and boil over medium heat
3) Bring to a boil until thick and turn off the heat
4) Put it in a bowl and cool it down
5) I eat it with honey
[Kaymak using Rice cooker]
1) Mix two 500ml bottles of whipped cream and one bottle of milk
2) Pour into a rice cooker and keep warm for 12 hours
3) After 12 hours, take out the rice cooker, cool it down, and harden it in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours
4) It removes the hardened fat layer well
5) Place the removed fat layer in a bowl
6) Depending on your preference, press the hotteok dough into a waffle pan and eat it with a lot of kaymak
7) It goes well with sweet fruits. (Banana recommendation)
8) Boil the remaining milk in a pot after making the kaymak, then put the lemon juice and turn off the heat
8) Strain the solidified milk in a cotton cloth and freeze to form ricotta cheese
