Least you finally put your seat belts on as you got pulled over. I don't know why i care if you crash and fly through your front windscreen because you don't have your seat belts on, but i do know i enjoy watching you guys and learning from you. I had the exact same thought after seeing it every time he said crown vic I was trying to hold back yelling at my phone "thats a fn Lincoln Towncar not a damn Crown Vic.. It’s like calling all UTV’s razors just for simplicity. Crown Vics/Grand Marquis and Town Cars are basically the same vehicle, with the Town Car having some upgraded suspension and of course a slightly different body. Otherwise though the drivetrain, chassis, frame, components are all very similar.

I have a Town Car and it will run away with you if you don’t set the cruise control. The ride is so nice you don’t realize how fast you’re going, so I totally see how that happened. Enjoy!

And that's why I drive old Land Cruisers. They'll get you anywhere you want to go, they just won't do it quickly. As long as you stay off private property and you keep all of the lights working, you're pretty much immune from getting a ticket.

I know Paul likes to call his "new" ride a Crown Vic, and for the most part it shares most everything with it's "poorer" cousin, but the reason it has the leather seats is because it is actually the "higher end" Lincoln Town Car. I'm sure it has a lot of other updated features as well. Personally, I'd prefer the Town Car over the Crown Vic any day of the week unless it was a low mileage (unicorn) Police Interceptor!

First car I ever drove was almost that exact car. 1996 Lincoln Town Car. My dad ordered it with the dual exhaust package so it had the same horsepower as the pursuit Crown Vics. I miss the old American giant land yachts.

I might even offer local points of interest to check out along their way. Getting people talking is also a good way to determine if they are impaired or intoxicated too.

Lucky you all had your seatbelts on. That would have been another ticket. In some states the driver get the seatbelt ticket if everyone don't have their seat belts on. Then in other states each person get their own ticket for no seat belt. Here in Minnesota, the driver is responsible for everyone in the car. So the driver get the ticket. I know, I got two of them.

My friends and I just got back from our Vegas/Arizona/Utah vacation yesterday and I believe we passed by FabRat's on our way to Bryce Canyon from our ABnB in Kanab. We took US-89. I wasn't sure if people are allowed to just drop by so we continued on. It would've awesome meet the gang.

I had a 99 p-71 (cop crown Vic). Absolutely loved it. It was so comfortable and actually pretty fast. I seen a video of a guy with one towing a trailer full of four wheelers. He had a 4bt in it so that’s a idea

Have owned and currently own an older Lincoln Town Car. These 4.6 2v's can barely get out of their own way, but at cruising speeds, they sure do float and can easily get away from you.

Oh heck! That kinda stinks, but really easy to do when you get into a vehicle like that which rides so smooth and don't even realize how fast your going until 🚔🚔. If they allow defensive driving, do that for which ever of the two tickets in more expensive! Thanks for sharing

It’s just like folks calling all UTV’s “Razors” for simplicity. The Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, and the Town Car are the same basic car, same drivetrain, chassis, components exc. The Lincoln is just Fords more premium line.

It is Fords Premium line. I own 3 Lincolns and a lot of crown vic parts are different from the Town Car. Plus I spent 42 years with Ford and GM. @@jimyeats

About 40 years ago a buddy bought a nice red Corvette in Texas & drove it home to Saskatoon. He said he met every highway trooper between Texas & the Saskatchewan border. Most of them just wanted to look under the hood!

Yep! It's pretty obvious that Paul is not a Ford guy because that is not a Ford Crown Vic. That is a Lincoln Towncar.

You had to test the Crown-Vic to see if it gets tickets--now that door is open, they'll keep coming in!! I know that car has cruise control--should've used it! Which is worse: getting a ticket with Shawn and Hunter in the car or Merlin and Chad. My vote is worse with Merlin and Chad. Merlin might get them hauled off jail! Paul and Merlin together crossing many state lines...they may never make it home!! Great video.

My friends had one of those EXACT boats. They pulled it with a Caddy Seville. And they had to keep a Jeep on hand to launch the boat because the caddy couldn't get back up the ramp.

Bought a new Crown Vic years ago. When new took it out for a spin and got stopped by feds. Used it for years to pull my pop up camper.

The Ford Panther style cars are awesome. I just sold my 21 year old Lincoln Towncar to an employee of mine. 250,000 miles. doesn't leak a drop, everything works perfectly. I loved driving it every day to work, compared to my highly modified Jeep Grand Wagoneer.
