Will Yunli Be The BEST Physical DPS In Honkai: Star Rail?

Every single new DPS is the best new DPS. Every single one. No exception. If things are going to continue the way they are you will be making this exact same video every single patch.

I dont care about yunli herself but care about her lightcone for my clara

From what I saw, she is definitely better than Clara. But she isn't touching Boothill, much less Acheron and Firefly in terms of dmg.

Its the first time they specifically target one unit to be replaced. Its no alternative counter unit...its a "Clara needs to die" unit. This is just bad design. Having the same path, element, kit and character Design...not even Sparkle and Bronya are that similar.

Probably just gonna pull Yunli's LC for my Clara. They have pretty much the same playstyle, it's just that Yunli is better.

The caveat with power creep in HSR, and the reason I love this game, is even if a character is powercrept, it doesn't make them unusable (mostly). Blade is still good, he's just not as good, but he's still able to clear content. Despite what people say, there's still people full clearing MOC, PF, and now AS with 100% f2p teams, nonlimited 5*, etc. Hell, top clears are STILL using units like Pela and Tingyun. So it's going to come down to what Yunli provides. I know a lot of my friends are skipping Yunli in favor of Jiaoqiu, myself included, because he'll fit what my account and Acheron team specifically need more.

Clara is the most consistent unit in the game since v1. Even if Yunli ends up powercreeping, unless she’s significantly better than Clara, the fact that most people probably have more copies of Clara and her LC, she’s probably still gonna be the best option for counters

Absolutely dont like her model,it looks ridiculous. So wont pull her even if shes as "balanced" as acheron or ff

I enjoy her skill issue gimmick but I need a physical DPS so I kinda have to get her

I can see the same destruction pattern of x.3 and x.4 again So If she is going to be as good as acheron maybe ill pull for her i liked her design she is everything i wanted from the nilou design and i dont have clara or boothill

I hate to tell you this but break himeko is flat out numerically worse than just building crit himeko and buffing with HTB + RM :// If you’re doing it for fun that’s great, but I wouldn’t try to make it a thing. You know how RU-vid people are about off-meta things

I know a lot of people who are bragging about their Clara with Lightcone and Eidolons. But as someone who has neither, you can thank my Gepard @ E5 and HAVING FOUR of his light cones (Seriously leave me alone soldier boy lol), I might consider it. But seeing the Power-creep in this game, she will definitely be a top DPS. (Wow, where have I heard that one before lol)

With the level of insane power creep in this game, it's a safe bet to say that most new characters will be at least very strong if not the strongest, until someone else overtakes them in a few months. edit: Let's not even talk about the stupid meta changes all the time because they make new content (or cycle for things like MoC and Pure Fiction) tailored for the new characters, which makes them extremely hard for anyone that doesn't pull for them. I stopped pulling after losing the 50/50 for Robin, and most new content is just ridiculously hard for my old teams, and this is one of the many reasons I dropped the game last week, Genshin is just much better, and allows you to clear any kind of content even with the original characters with little investment.
