Few people are able to stay true to their roots no matter where they go. Emirates Lions loose forward and former Stade Francais player, Willem Alberts, is one of them. Although the talented rugby union player spent a couple of years plying his trade for French Top 14 club, Stade Francais, he never lost sight of his South African flair. The self-proclaimed braai master gets up close and personal about his time in Paris, how he adapted to French culture and rugby, and some of the difficulties that came with leaving South Africa.
