Funny how they seemed more intimate (in a non-physical way) than they are now Now, years after my first posting, I have stopped watching this series that I used to be so in love with. The adulteration of the characters, the wokeness, political intrusions, and downright silly storylines, alas, was my death knell.
Sorry you gave up on the series. The series is made up of stories about characters played by our favorite actors . As Yannick Bisson has said so many times in interviews, the characters grow and evolve as do the actors who portray them.. The writers are so creative.
