This feels like EATEOT, as the track slowly gets worse each minute. In EATEOT, songs get worse as it progresses. The sticky-shed syndrome (tape distortion) you can hear in this song is like a memory that's progressively being forgotten.
It's strange that some people see this track as inspiring or uplifting, while I think it's the saddest one on the entire collection. For me it's the way the phrase repeats itself, never fully resolves, and just crumples to dust with time. It reminds me of dealing with a horrible trauma that you never truly heal from. Like ruminating on all your past mistakes, regrets, and losses when you're depressed and completely hate yourself, and the only way you can cope is drinking it all away.
You can get the same result on RU-vid by getting Transpose pitch extension and putting Pitch at 1.00, transposing it a bit higher and putting speed up a few percents
this was always my favorite. it's a very pleasant loop to begin with. it crumbles -- at first with grace, but then in fits -- until only the splice is left
your profile picture has one of my favourite tracks from celer. "in all deracinated things" finding this in this other song i can completely melt is for me magic.
@@T0m4sfn a haunting image hands down! going to tunisia and seeing the place where the photo is taken is my dream. btw spindles and fires is my favorite track from the album.
I understand what you mean. I can only listen for a while. But it does connect me to those who died on 9/11 and all those who lost loved ones that day. It's important to honor and remember them.
Il flauto magico... Abaut blanc: decomposizione e decadimento di loop. oggi nel pik-one di D,L., domani nel Wiki: Flos, flogistico. prima di domani, Fiore dei liberi, apprezzerei una discussione. Pikone (Buddino). Pace e rispetto, miei belli fratelli.
