Dude, love your music. Honestly, its hard to listen too because it stirs up my memories when my first wife left me and the kids years ago. To cope with the loss and the pain, all I did was write poems. I use to pretend that I was writing songs for myself as I wanted to learn guitar. Sadly, I never learned to play. I'm good now as I discovered IRONMAN Tri racing and turned into an Endurance Athlete. I stopped writing too as I found another women and now she is my 2nd wife. I still have all those songs in a box in the garage, there yours for free, just reach out. I can't throw that stuff away, all the emotions I poured into those writings.
